We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our Smoked Sea Salt has been awarded a three star Great Taste award! This prestigious award is a testament to our dedication to producing high-quality, flavourful sea salt.
At the Halen Môn, we are passionate about using only the finest ingredients and to produce our sea salt. We take great care in selecting the best sea salt crystals and smoking them over Welsh oak and to infuse them with a rich, smoky flavor.
We are incredibly proud of our smoked sea salt and are honoured that it has been recognised by the Great Taste awards.

Smoky Dijon Mustard
We’re equally thrilled to announce our favourite mustard has won three stars as well.
Our Smoky Dijon Mustard has a rich, smoky flavor that is combined with the tanginess and heat of a traditional Dijon mustard.
A bold mustard aroma, heat and sea salt, then we wait and up come smoked notes and a completely different layer of flavour – which lingers and is very measured.
