We are serving excellent Coaltown coffee and simple lunches, Wednesday to Sunday, 11-3pm
Our tipi, nestled amongst a wildflower meadow, offers shelter from the elements. Seats are offered on a first come, first served basis.
WOODFIRED PIZZA NIGHTS
We have a beautiful wood-fired oven and our chef Sam has perfected the sourdough pizza base.
We’re making pizzas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, and pre-ordering is strongly recommended.
We are proud to be in the Good Food Guide 2020.
We believe a dish can only be as good as what you put in it, which is why we carefully source our ingredients as close to us as possible. Our organic veg is grown exclusively for us in a walled garden in Dwyran. Our salt marsh lamb comes from Llangristiolus, and our outdoor-reared pork just down the road in Newborough. Our gin is distilled for us in Snowdonia, and made with a pinch of Halen Môn so the botanicals shine.
Sometimes we’ve gone a little further afield, buying our coffee from Coaltown, who roast their beans in Ammanford, or ordering our flour from Powys, where it is stone-ground for richer flavour.
