DELIVERY

Please be aware that many couriers are experiencing delays due to Coronavirus and a huge increase in deliveries. We would urge you to place orders in plenty of time. We are small company but will do our very best to pack and deliver your order as quickly as we can.

 

FREE UK DELIVERY

When an order is place for £50 or over, within the UK, the postage is FREE. The order is sent using our Standard option. More information provided below.

Standard

When this option is chosen in the UK the order is sent by tracked delivery with Royal Mail. They aim to deliver the order within 48 hours after being despatched. This option is only available for small orders.

Orders placed before 12.30pm GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm GMT or on the weekend will be despatched the next working day.

Standard Plus

When this option is chosen in the UK the order is sent by tracked delivery with Royal Mail. They aim to deliver the order within 24 hours after being dispatched.

Orders placed before 12.30pm GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm GMT or on the weekend will be despatched the next working day.

Premium

This is our quickest delivery option in the UK. Orders will be despatched via independent couriers with the aim of delivering within 24 hours.

Customs/ import duties for overseas deliveries

We love our European and overseas customers and really value your custom. 

Overseas orders may be subject to customs duties, depending on the country being delivered to.

Please note that as a small business, we cannot be liable for these charges, and placing an overseas order means the customer will be responsible for paying them.  

International Airmail

Overseas orders are sent by Standard Airmail Post with Royal Mail or another carrier with tracking information. Expect delivery in 3-7 working days after despatch. Times may vary depending on which country we are delivering to.

Orders placed before 12.30pm GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm GMT or on the weekend will be despatched the next working day.

Click & Collect

You can select collection from our onsite shop for free. Available any time during opening hours.

RETURNS POLICY

At Halen Môn we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please return the Goods to the address above.
You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are defective.
We ask that you pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and send it with the delivery note. Please let us know when you post the item by emailing the above address or faxing us on 01248 430399.
 If you received the item via Royal Mail, we recommend you use a Recorded Delivery service to return the goods.

Your Right to Change your Mind

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you placed the order. This applies to all of our products.

If you wish to receive a refund, please inform us by writing or faxing to the address specified above, or by email at sales@halenmon.com.
Goods must be sent back using the original packaging. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation but will be responsible for return postal charges, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.

However, if you fail to return the Goods following cancellation, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from you. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collects a large item from you to return to us.
In such circumstances you must (until we have recovered the goods) take care of the goods at your expense and make them immediately available for collection.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.
We can only accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to your fault you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
