This year, our favourite event, Abergavenny Food Festival, got even better.
This was largely due to sharing a stand with Cocoa Runners – dubbed ‘the Wine Society for chocolate’ by the Telegraph, this innovative company sources the very finest chocolate from around the world and delivers it to your door.
The weekend passed in a haze of dark, glossy squares of some of the most exquisite bars we have ever tasted. And when we got back to Anglesey, Spencer asked us if we would like to ‘curate’ a gift box for their website. This involved a lot of tasting, which, as you can imagine, was a terrible job.
