The ultimate Halen Môn BLT sandwich with the flavoursome addition of our brand new Rhubarb + Beetroot Ketchup. This bright pink zingy ketchup elevates an old favourite to something really special.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of good, sourdough bread
- Butter / mayo – optional
- 2 smoked back bacon rashers
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Any crisp and crunchy lettuce leaves, washed
- Halen Môn Rhubarb + Beetroot Ketchup
- 1 tsp Halen Môn Pure Sea Salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Cook your streaky bacon under the grill on in a pan until crispy.
- Butter/ mayo the first slice of bread as you wish.
- Add the lettuce, tomato slices, a sprinkle of Halen Môn Pure Sea Salt, followed by the bacon and finish with a generous amount of Halen Môn Rhubarb + Beetroot ketchup and the second slice of bread.
- Eat immediately.
