Pure Sea Salt with Vanilla

An indulgent combination of real, heady vanilla and our Pure Sea Salt.

Many years ago, we were lucky enough to visit the island of Tahiti, where vanilla is a classic partner for local fish. We came home and started experimenting with vanilla and our Pure Sea Salt.

Easily adds flavour to:

• Chewy chocolate chip cookies or rich brownies
• White fish dishes
• Homemade fudge
• Whipped cream

Please note, we buy our vanilla from several countries depending on supply, as a number of factors have meant it has become harder to buy quality in recent years. At the moment we are buying from Madagascar.
