Based on a Sixteenth Century French preservation recipe, this blend of nine organic spices gives dishes a rich, rounded flavour.
The very first flavour blend we made, it's versatile and warming, but not hot.
Easily adds flavour to:
- Sunday roast potatoes
- Creamy vegetable gratins
- Chicken wings
- Olive oil drizzled hummus

- Stirring into Greek yoghurt to use a marinade for carrots before roasting and serving alongside pitta breads and falafels
- Mixing into butter before basting corn on the cob, hot from the barbecue
- Stirring into mayonnaise before coating chicken thighs for a gently spiced marinade before roasting or grilling
- Stirring into tahini with honey, lemon juice and and a splash of water to drizzle over grilled courgettes and aubergines
