This Pure Sea Salt with Charcoal is a strikingly simple but distinctive finishing salt, flaky sea salt blended with charcoal for a clean, modern twist. The charcoal adds plenty of  drama here but no flavour - we developed it for a chef looking to add  contrast to her plates.

In Japan, charcoal is thought to improve digestive health. 

Easily adds colour to:
