Based on a Sixteenth Century French preservation recipe, this blend of nine organic spices gives dishes a rich, rounded flavour.
The very first flavour blend we made back in the early nineties, it's versatile and warming, but not hot.
Easily adds flavour to:
- Sunday roast potatoes
- Creamy vegetable gratins
- Chicken wings
- Olive oil drizzled hummus
