Based on the popular American 'everything' bagel seasoning - a moreish mix of sesame, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, red chillies and, of course, Pure Sea Salt. It's gently warming but not hot. 100g
In a bagel shop in New York City, our Brand Director Jess was asked if she wanted 'Everything Seasoning' on her bagel. She said yes. When she came home, she had to recreate it, and Popeth was born. For best results, toast it in a dry frying pan until fragrant.
Easily adds flavour to:
- Avo on toast
- Stir fried greens and green beans
- Fried, poached, scrambled or boiled eggs
- Savoury pie and tart crusts
This product comes in our recyclable glass jar.
- Adding a couple of tablespoons to bread dough or bagels before baking
- Whipping into ricotta or feta before topping with grilled summer vegetables and grassy olive oil
- Tossing into cooked buckwheat or rice noodles and finely sliced raw vegetables before dressing in soy sauce, lime juice and toasted sesame oil
- Tossing with cucumber and carrot ribbons for a fresh and crunchy salad to have alongside fish
