In Japan, charcoal is thought to improve digestive health. We've blended charcoal with our Pure Sea Salt to make a beautifully dark seasoning which adds colour and contrast to special dishes. Please note the charcoal has no noticeable effect on the flavour.

Each jar is 6cm high and comes with a wooden spoon.

This flavour currently comes in a white jar, though occasionally colours may vary.
