Seahorse Brass Pin

Made specially for Halen Môn, a 'sea dancer' seahorse talisman pin brooch.

Seahorses are a big part of our story here at Halen Môn. The fact that they breed in the waters here in Ynys Môn shows we have perfectly clean waters, clean enough, it turned out, to make some of the world’s best sea salt. 

Each pin begins as a hand-drawn illustration, cut from solid brass and then finished by hand. Solid brass with brass pin and clutch fastening.

To keep your brass pins shiny, use only a brass or jewellery cleaning cloth or allow them to develop a natural patina if you prefer. Brass will never rust, but over time it will develop a soft patina as a reaction to moisture in the air and natural oils from hands.
