Summer tomato salad dressing
Stir Pawb through extra virgin olive oil for an instant flavour boost, then drizzle over ripe summer tomatoes, seasoned with our Pure Sea Salt. It’s a simple boost to juicy tomatoes that works particularly well with Eastern Mediterranean flavours like feta, oregano and dill.
Sizzling prawns or meat
Sprinkle Pawb into a hot pan halfway through cooking prawns, other seafood or meat like chicken thighs. The spices bloom in the heat, creating a delicious savoury coating and filling the kitchen with smoky, aromatic flavour. Be generous with the cooking fat and spoon the fragrant oil (or butter, etc), over the fish or meat as it fries.
