On his days off you can find Rob sea fishing, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or restoring Old Seagull Outboard engines in his garage.

Gareth loves Manchester United, the Manic Street Preachers and his family.

Born and bred in Bethesda north Wales Darren loves the mountains, trout fishing, the Super Furry Animals and anything Zombie related.

Alan spends his spare time playing snooker in Bangor's district county league, in the hope to become future champion. He is also the proud owner of a bedlington terrier.

Maxine is always exploring North Wales’s countryside with her dog, Bee, and is into all things wellness. She enjoys cooking with local ingredients.

Dan likes to keep the office laughing, can fix almost anything at all, is very fond of his air fryer, and makes a great flat white.

Jolene has more energy than anyone else in the office put together, and goes for a swim in the sea every day at lunch, whatever the weather.

Champion of the ‘galaxy swirl’, Keith is a dab hand at harvesting our sea salt, is the fastest known rinser in the salt world, and cycles to work everyday, rain, shine or snow.

If he hadn’t been a salt harvester he could have been a professional darts player, and Jim also loves cycling, and washing his Astra at all opportunities.

Ronan has a rich and varied background in the meat and supermarket industries, as well as a secret past life as a competitive Irish dancer.

Gwen has already made it onto prime time TV once since joining Halen Môn.

Outside of work Sam is a political junkie and keen reader.

Rach loves modern craft and using natural ingredients to dye fabrics. Her favourite Halen Môn product is Popeth which she puts on her morning eggs.

Louis loves a versatile work life as a barista, bartender, rapper and producer, bringing creativity to all of his roles.

Claire moved to Anglesey from a small island in Scotland and always thought she preferred the sea to the mountains but is not so sure anymore.

David is always on the go, designing a new saltcote, acquiring planning permission or sorting out new solar panels. These days he has taken a step back, and can often be found in his woodshed or garden, growing and making things.

Since starting the company in 1997 Alison has created many wonderful flavours of Halen Môn and travelled the world to sell it in such far flung places as Hong Kong, Dubai and New York.

Nigel is a pizza expert – and big fan of our Smoky Dijon Mustard.

Jess looks after all the comms at Halen Môn and her illustrations feature on many of our products. Although she works freelance for a number of brilliant brands, Halen Môn would probably be her Mastermind subject.

As the second generation of Halen Môn, Hamish, Jake and Jess (our Brand Director) sit on the Board of the company. Though they all work elsewhere too, they support the business in a huge range of different ways -from making our tour videos to financial planning. One thing which always brings the three together is a love of their mother's good food.
