Hand-harvested from the Menai Strait
Our salt starts as seawater from the Menai Strait, around the coast of Anglesey. We filter it, warm it gently until crystals form, then harvest the flakes by hand and rinse them in brine. It's a slow process. It's also why Halen Môn has Protected Designation of Origin status and is used by chefs around the world. A gift that's made in one place, by a small team, and tastes like it.
