For our newest product, we have hand mixed our infamous pure white sea salt with the blackest Welsh charcoal.
Our charcoal is made for us by Ynyr Jones in Brithdir, Dolgellau. He makes it from natural, sustainable broad leaf woodlands to strict food safe standards.
We suggest using it to finish dishes to give a fabulous twist. Try on poached salmon or creamy scrambled eggs or on oysters or white fish for the ultimate monochrome meal.
