The everything egg sandwich

An elevated crispy bacon and egg sandwich made the Halen Môn way with our Rhubarb + Beetroot ketchup and Popeth everything seasoning.




  1. Cook your bacon rashers and fry your egg exactly how you like them. A runny yolk is a good idea here.
  2. Slice the focaccia, spread the base with Halen Môn Rhubarb + Beetroot ketchup, top with the bacon, the egg and finally the Halen Môn Popeth everything seasoning.
  3. Eat immediately.
