The everything egg sandwich
An elevated crispy bacon and egg sandwich made the Halen Môn way with our Rhubarb + Beetroot ketchup and Popeth everything seasoning.
INGREDIENTS

1 square of focaccia

1 large free range egg
- Freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
- Cook your bacon rashers and fry your egg exactly how you like them. A runny yolk is a good idea here.
- Slice the focaccia, spread the base with Halen Môn Rhubarb + Beetroot ketchup, top with the bacon, the egg and finally the Halen Môn Popeth everything seasoning.
- Eat immediately.
