A well-seasoned trio - Halen Môn

The Halen Môn team is delighted to welcome its three newest members.

Production Manager Ronan Burns has had extensive experience in the meat industry and also turned his hand to sorting out a failing call centre before joining us to plan and oversee the smooth transition to our new Saltcote.

Tom Jones (no, not that one sadly) returned to Anglesey after a period working in Ireland. He is turning his hand to practically everything and has quickly established his place in our small but perfectly formed team. We’ve yet to hear him sing.

Mathew Parry joins his father Jim and is picking up the intricacies of sea salt harvesting and caring for our salt plant. He is the youngest member of the team and so brings a welcome touch of glamour.
