The sky is the limit with our 100% natural Oak Smoked Water. It is exactly what it says on the bottle and is smoked in our smokers on site.
Try a few drops for a savoury edge, or be more generous for a deliciously smoky flavour.
- Add to: soup, casserole, pasta sauce, risotto or chowder for a warming depth
- Use in your fudge or caramel to add an edge to sweetness
- Freeze a few drops in ice cubes, or add straight into a Bloody Mary, Negroni or Margarita
- Mix into pizza dough or bread dough for a moreish crust
