Slow down with a morning of wellbeing at Halen Môn

Join us for an exquisite morning of relaxation and reflection here at Halen Môn on 2nd May 2025, including yoga, a mini bespoke massage, a seaweed bath and a hot drink of your choice from our outdoor coffee shop.

8.30am – start with an hour’s yoga with Rhiannon in our pabell/ covered outdoor seating area. All mats and props provided.

9.30am – 45 minutes of restorative soaking in our Wild Seaweed Baths

10.30am – unwind with a hot drink of your choice and the outstanding view, whilst Rhiannon leads an optional reflective journalling session and Catrin offers ten minute personal hand or head massages tailored to you.

11.45pm approx – finish

FLUIDITY AND FLOW YOGA

Start the day with an hour of yoga with Rhiannon. Focusing on fluidity and flow, the one hour sessions will bring together breath, movement and mindfulness. The class is suitable for all skill levels.

HARNESS THE POWER OF SEAWEED

Reward your body with a luxurious bath in our Wild Seaweed Baths. An ancient tradition, people have been bathing in seaweed for its nurturing and healing properties for centuries. Wonderfully warm (around 40C), our seaweed barrels are outside to make the most of the elements and our outstanding panoramic view. They are particularly restorative after exercise. 

UNWIND WITH A DRINK AND A TEN MINUTE MINI MASSAGE

We’ll end with a reflective break, with optional meditative journalling led by Rhiannon, whilst Catrin Hughes offers mini massages to each person in turn. Soak in the view in this Area of Outstanding natural beauty and enjoy a drink. 

Catrin is a holistic massage therapist, will use a selection of our Halen Môn skincare products, a wonderful opportunity to try our new range. You’ll come away feeling relaxed and comfortable, with balance restored.

 

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Rhiannon is a full time yoga teacher specialising in vinyasa and yin, with several years of experience. She teaches  with a particular emphasis on fluidity in movement.  Rhiannon’s yoga classes provide you with space to allow movement to be more free, to encourage you to be guided by your own movement, but finding curiosity in discovering our edges.

Catrin is a massage therapist who specialises in Holistic and Sports Therapy. She enjoys working from her cosy studio on Anglesey and wellness Retreats across North Wales. Catrin has recently become a sports massage lecturer and feels very honoured to share her skills and passion. Her aim is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable to restore balance.
