An indulgent combination of real, heady vanilla and our Pure Sea Salt.
Many years ago, we were lucky enough to visit the island of Tahiti, where vanilla is a classic partner for local fish. We came home and started experimenting with vanilla and our Pure Sea Salt.
Easily adds flavour to:
- Chewy chocolate chip cookies or rich brownies
- White fish dishes
- Homemade fudge
- Whipped cream
For the more adventurous among us:
- Use it to finish hand-dived scallops
- Stir a tiny pinch into a hot chocolate
- Sprinkle on an espresso martini
- Add to chocolate shortbread
Please note, we buy our vanilla from several countries depending on supply, as a number of factors have meant it has become harder to buy quality in recent years. At the moment we are buying from Madagascar.
