We smoke our award-winning Pure Sea Salt slowly over oak chippings until it turns beautifully golden.
Easily adds flavour to:

The more adventurous among us should try:
- Sprinkling atop peanut butter and honey on toast
- Whipping into softened butter with crushed garlic and lemon zest before spreading on halved ciabatta and baking in foil at 180C for 15 minutes for the best home made garlic bread
- Sprinkling over oiled asparagus spears before grilling until tender and serving with a fried egg and crusty bread for the quickest early summer supper
- Finishing shortbread dough with a pinch just before baking
