Salted Banoffee Sauce 200g


Fresh bananas, double cream and a pinch of Pure Sea Salt make for a deliciously nostalgic sauce.


We’ve bottled one of our absolute favourites: the banoffee pie, and added a pinch of Halen Môn to make it even more magical. Try it with a couple of scoops of your favourite ice cream, spread on a scone, spooned onto fresh waffles or even on toast for an indulgent breakfast.

    Now this was a revelation to my taste buds, as most salted sweet things have an in your face slam of the salt at the end. But this was delightfully different, with a subtle sweet banana taste followed by a likewise not over done saltiness, a real goodly pairing. This is going to be great with good vanilla ice cream or on well buttered toast
