Edible seaweed, grown on a regenerative ocean farm in Wales. Taste: mild and nutty, with a flavour of the sea.
One of the milder tasting seaweeds, with plenty of minerals and a wonderful green colour when cooked.
We love adding about 5% to a bowl of spaghetti with a rich, creamy sauce. Rehydrate your seaweed in a bowl of warm water first, and then toss through your hot pasta.
Can also be fried up in a bit of oil for a savoury snack, or to bring crunch and flavour to salads and soups.
