Halen Môn’s Sam Lomas and Pipers Farm’s Connor Reed are joining forces for a one-off dinner at Tide/ Llanw.

Sam and Connor, who worked together at River Cottage in Devon, will be cooking a five course menu on Friday 4th October at Halen Môn in Brynsiencyn.

Guests can expect a creative five course menu, made with the outstanding produce from renowned ethical meat producer Pipers Farm. It will, of course, be seasoned to perfection by Halen Môn, and will include plenty of ingredients from our organic vegetable garden in Dwyran,  as well as produce from other brilliant local North Wales suppliers.

Excitingly, this is the first supper we are holding inside our brand new tipi at Tide/ Llanw. Expect a warming fire and cover so the event will go ahead whatever the weather.

Friday 4th October, 7pm – 10.30pm
£45/ head (+ Eventbrite booking free) including a welcome drink, five courses and cheese.
