We would ask that you cease selling these products, isolate the stock and contact Haley Gravina, who can arrange collection. No other Pipers products are impacted.
We have prepared the attached notification, which we would ask that you display so that we can recall products from your customers.
We apologise for any inconvenience, but it was necessary to take this pre-emptive measure as the quality of our products is of paramount importance to us.
Naturally we are extremely disappointed that this has occurred. However, the robustness of our systems and processes is borne out by our having identified the potential risk ourselves and our pre-emptive measures to address it.
If you have any further questions regarding this issue, please let me know.
Regards
James
