The Fancy Food Show and it’s host city of New York never fail to delight us in their culinary offerings.
Above is a the light lunch served in Macy’s on an afternoon snuck away from the show. Then there was the truly memorable supper at Prune with the lovely Fran of Fran’s Caramels, ending with a trio of iced masterpieces: buttermilk icecream, caraway granita and celery sorbet.
And of course there was plenty at the show itself, including the make your own tofu set, and the delightfully named ‘Perky Turkey Jerky’: just writing it makes me feel happier.
