We want to fulfil our lifelong dream of writing a book, but we need you to buy your copy in advance to make it happen.


From a saucepan of seawater on the Aga to seasoning the best restaurants in 22 countries – even topping President Obama’s favourite caramel chocolates – this will be a tale of David and Goliath proportions. It’s the story of a family working together with a strong food culture holding everything together. As Plutarch said whilst living on another island many years ago, ‘Salt is the noblest of foods; the finest condiment of all’. It’s seasoned and enriched our lives and we’d love to share it with you.
