When you order from our webshop you have the option of several different methods of delivery. Times vary for each method. Please select a tab below for more information.

When an order is place for £50 or over, within the UK, the postage is FREE. The order is sent by second class standard post with Royal Mail. It does not have tracking information. Expect delivery in 2-3 working days.

An order is sent by second class standard post with Royal Mail. It requires a signature on delivery. Tracking information is maintained & can be supplied to the customer on request. Expect delivery in 2-3 working days.

An order is sent by Standard Airmail Post with Royal Mail without tracking information. Expect delivery in 5-7 working days.

Your Halen Môn sea salt will be normally be with you within 2 working days after we receive your order if we are delivering to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands.) All other offshore destinations both UK & overseas will be subject to the standard courier delivery time offered by our carriers.

If you require a next day delivery service then please give us a call on 01248 430871 before 11.30am. We will always do our very best to help, but we are a small team and it may not always be possible.

Returns Policy

At Halen Mon we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please return the Goods to the address above.
You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are defective.
We ask that you pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and send it with the delivery note. Please let us know when you post the item by emailing the above address or faxing us on 01248 430399.
 If you received the item via Royal Mail, we recommend you use a Recorded Delivery service to return the goods.

Your Right to Change your Mind

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you placed the order. This applies to all of our products.

If you wish to receive a refund, please inform us by writing or faxing to the address specified above, or by email at sales@halenmon.com.
Goods must be sent back using the original packaging. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation but will be responsible for return postal charges, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.

However, if you fail to return the Goods following cancellation, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from you. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collects a large item from you to return to us.
In such circumstances you must (until we have recovered the goods) take care of the goods at your expense and make them immediately available for collection.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.
We can only accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to your fault you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
